How to get there?
The House of Tibet is located on Vivstavarvägen 200 in Stureby, Enskede.
Take the green line subway from Central Station towards Skarpnäck, Farsta beach or Hagsätra. Get off at Gullmarsplan. Change to bus 144 towards Fruängen and get off at the Tussmötevägen stop. Go up the stairs, across the viaduct and continue to Östrandsvägen, which crosses Vivstavarvsvägen. Go to the right.
Alternatively: Take the train from Central Station towards Södertälje or Västerhaninge. Get off at Farsta station. Change to bus 144 towards Gullmarsplan and get off at Tussmötevägen (corresponding to stop as above).
Outside the house there is a stupa, a Buddhist peace monument.
The building houses offices, a small shop where we sell books, CDs, jewelry, handicrafts, etc. related to Tibet. Sit down and have a cup of coffee or tea!
